Every year, Beautylish does a lucky bag sale – for $75, you could pick up a random assortment of items worth at least $150. As someone who loves those sorts of things, I picked one up. Here’s what was in my bag:

natasha denona blush in #08 – I actually was eyeing this blush for quite some time, but never really pulled the trigger. I’ve always wanted to try Nastasha Denona products, so I was very happy to receive one of her items in the bag. I think the lighter of the shades could actually work as a highlighter for me, so I’m happy for a two in one! I’m into peachy blushes at the moment, so score on the color.

makeup atelier palette eyeshadows in natural chestnut – this palette comes with five shades (pictured below). I think I would like the last two shades – the first three might be too light for my skin tone. I do like the fact that this is very neutral.

smith and cult nail polish in dark like me – I put this on my nails straight away. Honestly, this was sitting in my Amazon cart but I didn’t purchase it because some people were saying they received it in their box. Very happy that I waited, because now I have it! The packaging is gorgeous and the color is stunning. Love, love, love this one and will definitely pick up other shades in the future.

oribe dry texturizing spray – I only use one hair product and it is this one. I used to use dry shampoos, hair spray, mouse, the whole deal, but since discovering this, I only ever reach for this.

bioderma miceller cleansing water – I have a thing about miceller water, and Bioderma is highly raved about. It’s a bit pricy, so having a sample size can help me determine if it’s worth the price point.

wayne goss brow brush set – the only thing I’m not over the moon about is the brush set. It’s not something I would reach for everyday, though it’s good to have an extra spoolie around. I do like the feel of the brushes, just would have preferred another set.

Overall the value of my bag was $174 and some change. I’m actually quite pleased with this set, especially because of the blush duo -and nail polish. Plus having an extra Oribe bottle is always a plus for me. I’ll definitely be purchasing this next year.

Did you pick up a Lucky Bag? What did you get?

’til next time, xo!
