[su_heading]Happy Friday![/su_heading] It’s been a while since my weekly briefly post. I am (hopefully) getting back in the swing of blogging, so you should be seeing more of these types of posts in the future. ICYMI: The B Bar has…View Post
I haven’t participated in The B Bar’s blog link up in a while, but this month’s question sounded fun. So, this month, I am answering the question:
What are your hidden talents?View Post
I’m not shy about being a geek. My house is decorated like a child chose everything, but you can’t actually play with the figurines (which was super confusing for my little siblings when they visited). So, you could only imagine my extreme excitement for this past weekend, otherwise known as san diego comic-con.View Post
Anyone who knows me knows my favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I will eat breakfast all. day. Like Ron Swanson, I thoroughly enjoy all things bacon and eggs. Sometimes, when I look at a menu, I choose what I am going to eat based on if it has bacon or eggs (better if it has both!). I guess I’m a bit simple when it comes to food.
So when someone told me to check out portage bay, just a few minutes from my house, I knew I had to.View Post
There’s just something about birthdays that make you stop and think. You think about the past year, changes you’ve made, things you want to do…you basically think about everything.View Post
I’ve been quite behind on reading one book each month…but I am reading, so I’ve got that going for me! This month (actually, I read it in like two days), I read Paper Towns by John Green. The Fault in Our Stars is one of my favorite books – so I had high hopes for this one.View Post
It’s been a long time since I have done a favorites post. (Or any post for that matter!) But, over the past couple of months, I tried a bunch of new stuff, so here are my favorites!View Post
So, it has been a while (two months!) since my last post. Moving and starting a brand new job definitely cuts into blogging time.
Now that things have slowed down (relatively), I now have time to really sit down and blog. I wish I had documented the move, but hindsight is 20/20.View Post
If you asked me two years ago if I would have moved away from Hawaii, the answer would have been a solid maybe, with a hint of probably not, but I wish. I’ve never really saw myself actually moving – but I always dreamed of it. Big city, where no one knows me…it was so tempting.View Post
It’s been way too long since the last post…since last Monday?! Wow! If you have been following along the blog for the last couple of weeks, you may be aware that I moved to a whole new city: seattle! I arrived last Friday…View Post
Every month this year, I am trying to read at least one book. Last month, I read love, tanya by Tanya Burr. I have been on a biography kick recently, so it was a no-brainer for me to buy this book when it first came out. If you don’t know Tanya Burr, she is a youtuber who is a beauty guru/wonderful inspiration. She does tutorials plus vlogs and she is definitely one my my favorites. Plus, she has her own beauty range, and now a published writer! I think she is just so inspiring.View Post
