Today we’re looking at the belif true cream aqua bomb moisturizer, which has been my go-to for the past 4 months. Belif is a Korean skincare brand available at Sephora and their Aqua Bomb moisturizer is meant for combo/oily skintones. Let’s have a look at their claims and how this moisturizer holds up:
According to the product description on Sephora, the Belif True Cream Aqua Bomb moisturizer is:
A lightweight gel-cream that floods the skin with a rush of refreshing hydration and minimizes the appearance of pores for soft, smooth, supple feel.
Right off the bat, this is definitely both lightweight and super refreshing. I loved the gel consistency, which was very cooling and didn’t feel oily on my skin. It provided just the right amount of moisture, so I wasn’t oily throughout the day and didn’t have my usual dry patches.
I bought the smaller version, which lasted me about 4 months of near daily use. You only need a little bit of product (I usually use a cotton swab, swirl it around and apply that on my face) and it feels so nice on the skin.
Overall, very pleased with this moisturizer. My only critique is that it is a little pricey and the jar size is a bit deceptive. You might be able to tell from the picture, but the product is only in the very center (the jar does not extend out to its sides). Had to knock a couple of points off for that, but I think it performs great. Definitely would recommend for oily/combo skin types. If you’re drier, they do have a different, more hydrating version for your skin type!
